For my final dialogue project, I chose to use the given MooM character. He was a lot of fun to use and had a lot of controls especially for the mouth area to make this a lot easier. I used dialogue from the Disney Pixar movie Toy Story of the little green aliens talking about the claw. I thought MooM had a little bit of an alien look to him so this is why I chose this dialogue. The biggest challenge was definitely syncing the words to the mouth. The dialogue is a little fast so it was difficult to determine which shapes were needed and which were not. However, comparing this 3D dialogue project to the 2D dialogue project that we did in that course, I think the 3D was a lot easier. It was more just about shaping the mouth itself rather than having to create each and every little shape. Overall, this was a fun project and I'm happy with the outcome.
